Online Trip and Fairshare Payments with Credit Cards and Debit Cards

(Balances and Obligations are TWO SEPARATE THINGS. The media center keeps track of obligations to the school and can prevent you from priviliges like early textbook checkout, prom tickets, Grad Night, etc. Obligations are sent to the media center once a balance is semester past due.)

What's My Balance?
1. Visit http://www.charmsmusic.com/
2. Click the green “ENTER” on the top right hand corner
3. Click “Parents/Students/Members”
4. The school code is “freedomhs”
5. Your “Student Area Password” is your OCPS student id number.
6. Click “Finances” to see your current information.

Online Credit Card and Debit Card payments can be made to the Freedom High School Band Program by visiting http://www.schoolpay.ocps.net.

School Pay is run and administered by Orange County Public Schools. Payments take at least three business days to be credited at the school level and then to your ledger at Charms.

Login information for Charms is completely independent from login information for School Pay.

1. Click “Create an account”.
2. User name is your email address.
3. Enter parent information.
4. A temporary numerical password will be sent to your email address.
5. Enter student information: school, OCPS student number, student last name.
6. Enter financial information.
7. Confirm your information.
8. Login with your email address and password.
9. Change your password.
10. Make your payment.
