I have posted the "Summer Information Packet" online in charms.  It includes most of what you need to know about the 2008/2009 Freedom Band Program.  The packet will get a little bigger once the handbook and calendar are finalized.

Please read all the information contained in the packet:
1. Opening Letter - read & enjoy
2. Summer Band Info - read & post where you live
3. Fair Share Information - read & return with $$$
4. Shoe & Glove Information - read & mark your calendar
5. Student Information Form - read & update electronically or return
6. Volunteer Information - read & return
7. Emergency Medical Treatment Form - read & return
8. Model Consent & Release - read & return

ALL FORMS ARE DUE on the FIRST DAY OF SUMMER BAND!

How to log into charms:
1. Visit "www.charmsmusic.com"
2. Parent/student Login: "freedomhs"
3. Student ID/Password: your OCPS student ID number

To get the packet:
1. Log into charms
2. Click on "Handouts"
3. Click on "Summer Information Packet"

While you're in Charms:
Click on "School Calendar" to see the calendar
Click "Finances" to see your individual account ledger.
Click "Student Info" to update your contact information.
Click "Student Forms" to track your paperwork progress.
